Ingredients:
4 cup raw nuts (blanched almonds, hazelnuts, etc.). Feel free to mix and match a few based on your personal preferences.
Optional Add ins:
Coconut butter
Sea salt
Flax or pumpkin seeds
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and roast nuts for 8-12 minutes.
- In a food processor, combine nuts and enough water to cover the ingredients. Mix on high until everything is mixed well.
- Nuts will transform from clumps to a creamy nut butter, scrape the sides, as necessary. This process will take about 10 minutes.
